Products
The characteristics of the products are indicated in the online catalog and are visible when selecting and completing the purchase request before the conclusion of the forwarding procedure.
Prices and Costs (Products + Shipping)
Prices (including VAT and any other taxes) are indicated for each product in the catalog. At the time of shipment, the invoice is issued, including shipping costs; any VAT number must be communicated with the order as an alternative to the tax code. The price to be invoiced is the total in the order summary generated at the end of the purchase request procedure on the site, at the time of order confirmation.
Virgin Architects reserves the right to change product prices and shipping charges without notice.
Product Availability
Virgin Architects will send an automatic confirmation email of the order summary after the order request is concluded.
This email serves only to notify the receipt of the purchase request.
However, it is possible that some offers or items may be sold out or have undergone changes in characteristics or price.
In such cases, we reserve the right to contact you as soon as possible to cancel the order (without penalties for both parties) and possibly propose an alternative product or price.
The consumer is advised to print and keep the email.
If you do not receive it, the consumer is invited to contact Virgin Architects.
In the event of any inability, even temporary, to fulfill the order in whole or in part, Virgin Architects/Chn Milano S.r.l will immediately send an email to make arrangements with the customer, with the possibility for the consumer to request the (partial) cancellation of the order and the return of the corresponding amount already paid.

Payments
Virgin Architects/Chn Milano S.r.l offers the following payment methods to be chosen at the time of order completion:
- Advance Bank Transfer: The details for the bank transfer are sent with the order confirmation email to be made before the shipment of the goods. The order must be paid within 5 days, otherwise, without any communication about the payment delay, it will be canceled.
Invoicing
The commercial invoice is issued, simultaneously with the shipment of the order, on the VAT number of the customer or, where missing, on his tax code, and is sent directly via email.
Delivery Method
Virgin Architects/Chn Milano S.r.l collaborates with shipping centers or other couriers and postal services for the delivery of goods, which will take place at the customer’s domicile.
Virgin Architects/Chn Milano S.r.l undertakes to deliver the products as quickly as possible. Delivery times generally range from 48 to 72 hours. In exceptional cases, a period of about 7-10 working days may be required.
However, we would like to emphasize that the risk and responsibility of transporting the goods are borne by the customer. You can choose insurance during the order by sending an email to our customer service.
Even in the case of returns for repair or warranty, the customer is responsible for the transport of the goods.

Right of Withdrawal and Exercise Method
Under Legislative Decree 185/1999, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product if you are not satisfied with the purchase.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a written communication by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to CHN Milano S.R.L., Via L. Settembrini 37, Milan (MI), within 14 days, communicating your intention to exercise this right.
We will provide you with instructions for returning the product, with shipping costs at your expense. The refund will take place as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days by bank transfer. Please note that the shipping costs incurred for sending the product will not be refunded. Please note that the right of withdrawal lapses if the returned product is not in the same condition in which it was received, i.e., new and packaged, and if the warranty seals on the box have been tampered with. The product test is considered as acceptance of the product, thus excluding the right of withdrawal.
Product Warranty
In the event of a malfunction of a product covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, please follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
